Well things have been a bit on the busy side and beanies are the main thing for a bit longer. I have had some alpaca sent to me in an assortment of shades and had some playtime with it. A lovely Rose grey did not only one childs beanie but a second toned with cream.
More playing with slipstich ways
and more playing
and stripes to use stuff up. I have made 14 beanies in 2 weeks and well they will all be sold at Crookwell. Since they are stocked a bit more I can spend a weekend doing as many as I can for Moss Vale.
I picked the title for 2 reasons this week being that the beanies are going over the range ( Great Dividing Range) to Crookwell and that this week at a work collegues funeral the A. B. Banjo Patterson poem
was used. Its just fitting for the moment to thing of being in a nice place. So for me its a quiet but knitting time here.
